Any messages detected by the mail system as known or suspected spam are moved automatically to a spam folder. Messages are removed from this folder automatically after one month, so it is important to check it, if you believe a legitimate message may have been treated as potential spam.
Viewing your Spam folder in WebMail
This article will show you how to set the SPAM folder in your webmail mailbox to visible so that you may view and delete spam emails.
- Login to your webmail mailbox by going to https://webmail.powerpanel.co.uk/src/login.php
- Once logged into your mailbox click on the Folders Icon at the top of the page.

- In the folders section of your mailbox highlight INBOX/Spam in the Unsubscribe/Subscribe section and click on the Subscribe button.

- Once subscribed to the Spam folder click on refresh folder list at the top of the page.

- You will now see the spam folder in the list of mailbox folders.
